Prime’s $160M Georgia terminal project to feature diverse lifestyle amenities

    Published:

Prime Inc. plans to invest $160 million in a new terminal in Georgia that will feature exclusive amenities, such as a hair salon and a basketball court.

Prime initially acquired the 131-acre parcel in Griffin, Georgia, in May 2025 for $40 million.

According to CoStar, Prime now plans to invest $160 million in the property to turn it into a massive terminal with a wide variety of amenities. Once built, the truck terminal will feature a basketball court, a hair salon, hotel accommodations, a gym, a tire recycling service, and even a used truck and trailer dealership.

The complex will house several buildings with a total area of 161,000 square feet. The property is located 3 miles from Interstate 75, at 3739 High Falls Road, about 50 miles from Atlanta. Construction is expected to begin later this year.
