Mack Trucks secures multi-year partnership with NASCAR team

    Published:

This week, Mack Trucks announced that it will supply several trucks to a NASCAR team as part of a new partnership.

On April 6, Mack Trucks announced a three-year partnership with 23XI Racing, a team co-owned by NBA star Michael Jordan and Daytona 500 winner Denny Hamlin.

As part of the partnership, Mack Trucks has committed to providing the team with four trucks to help transport equipment: three Mack Anthem models and one Mack MD Class 6 model.

Mack states that the Anthem models are “black trucks with a 70-inch stand-up sleeper cab, equipped with full aerodynamic body kits, including side, roof, and underbody covers to improve aerodynamics.” T

“The Mack Anthem models will transport Bubba Wallace’s No. 23 Toyota Camry TRD and Tyler Reddick’s No. 45 Toyota Camry TRD between races, in addition to carrying the teams’ essential equipment. “The Mack MD model will be equipped with a flatbed to transport the teams’ vehicles as they prepare for competition,” the company stated.

The first Mack Anthem has already been delivered to the team and can be seen at NASCAR events. The other two Anthems and the Mack MD will be delivered later this year.

“Innovation, efficiency, and performance are fundamental to 23XI Racing, and Mack Trucks provides our team with an excellent product that will get us to the track efficiently and in style,” said Steve Lauletta, president of 23XI Racing. “In addition to sharing performance values with Mack, we also share important social values, including an active commitment to contributing to the growth and diversification of our industries.”
