    Trucker Survives Plunge From Elevated I-110 Without Injury

    A truck driver walked away unharmed after driving off an elevated section of an interstate highway in Florida on Wednesday.

    The accident occurred on Wednesday, August 12, on northbound Interstate 110 in Pensacola, Florida.

    According to the Pensacola Fire Department, they were notified of a single-vehicle accident in which a semi-truck plunged from an elevated section of I-110. The truck driver said it was raining “a little” and that the rear of the vehicle skidded, causing the accident.

    “The next thing I remember is seeing everything spinning around and then… BOOM! I was thrown from the truck. I still can’t believe it,” the truck driver, Jonathan Crenshaw, told the Pensacola News Journal.

    The Florida Department of Transportation was notified of the damage to the overpass caused by the accident. No further information about the accident has been provided.
