    Truck driver shot multiple times during Pennsylvania parking lot attack

    Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) troopers are investigating a shooting that hospitalized a truck driver in Butler County on Thursday morning.

    At 3:47 a.m. on September 10, 2026, PSP received a call from a 38-year-old male truck driver who said he was shot multiple times by an unknown individual while he was “hitching up his tractor trailer” in a parking lot 3800 block of Onieda Valley Road (SR38) in Allegheny Township.

    The truck driver was transported to a hospital for treatment. His condition is unknown.

    PSP says that there is no known threat to the public.

    The incident is being investigated as an attempted homicide.
